Make sure you have the necessary information:
1. IKEA article number (8 digits);
2. manufacturer number (5 digits);
3. serial number (8 or more digits, depending on manufacturer).
You’ll find these numbers in the following locations:
- Dishwashers: on the inner side of the front
- Cooking hobs: on the underside
- Extractor hoods: inside, behind the protection grid or filter
- Fridges and freezers: on the lower left or right side when opened
- Ovens: on the left or right side when opened
- Washing machines: on the right side, behind the door
- Microwave ovens: on the left or right side when opened
- Combi microwaves with forced air: on the left or right side when opened
- Portable induction hobs: on the back / outer side
- Free-standing microwave ovens: on the back / outer side
Manufacturer numbers:
- Whirlpool: 18535/23256
- Electrolux: 21552
- Bosch: 23320
- Faber: 23199
- Elica: 23244/23232

- Haier: 50177
